By creating an account or using C-Potly you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use C-Potly. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content & conduct

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant C-Potly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or business.

5. Business listings

If you list a business you confirm that you are authorized to represent it and that the information you provide is accurate. C-Potly may remove or pause listings that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

C-Potly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings, hours, or business information are accurate or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C-Potly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
